Driver Requirements

📋 Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR or specialized driving experience
  • Experience with flatbed, dump truck, or tanker operations preferred
  • Clean employment history
  • Military driving experience may be considered

📜 Licensing

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred
  • Valid Medical Card
  • No suspended or revoked licenses

🚛 Skills

  • Strong backing and maneuvering skills
  • Experience with load securement and tarping
  • Ability to read and understand bills of lading
  • Good communication skills

⭐ Safety Record

  • Clean driving record (no major violations)
  • No preventable accidents in the last 3 years
  • Pass DOT drug screen and background check
  • Must meet FMCSA eligibility requirements
